BRUNCH CASSEROLE 
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese OR cubed Velveeta
3 c. 1/2 inch cubed French bread
3 c. cubed pre-cooked ham
3 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. dry mustard
3 tbsp. melted butter
4 eggs, beaten
3 c. milk
Few drops of Tabasco (optional)

Mix cheese, bread and ham. Place 1/3 amount in 8 cup baking dish, buttered. Mix flour, dry mustard and sprinkle over ham, cheese and bread mix. Repeat three times. Beat eggs until fluffy. Add warm milk. Pour over casserole layers. Sprinkle Tabasco lightly over top. Chill overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Do not cover. Serves 8 or more. A straight-sides dish is better.
