MOLDED APPLE WALNUT SALAD 
1 family size lime gelatin
2 c. apple pie slices, drained
1 c. broken walnuts
8 oz. softened cream cheese
2 c. whipped non-dairy topping

In large saucepan bring 1/2 cup water to a boil. Add gelatin and stir until dissolved. Add 1/2 cup chilled water. Refrigerate until gelatin begins to congeal. Add softened cream cheese and whipped topping and combine thoroughly but carefully.

Gently fold in remaining ingredients and pour into salad mold. Refrigerate overnight until firm, then unmold on serving plate.
