FRENCH SILK PIE 
1 baked pie shell
1 stick butter
3/4 c. granulated sugar (2 times as much with powdered sugar)
1 oz. melted unsweetened chocolate, cooled
2 eggs, room temp.
1 tsp. vanilla
Whipping cream
Almond flavor to taste

Bake pie shell and let cool. Cream butter and sugar until sugar is dissolved. Add melted unsweetened chocolate until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, beat 5 minutes each. Next add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Put in baked pie shell and place in refrigerator and chill.

TOPPING: Whip whipping cream with powdered sugar to sweeten, add almond flavor to taste.
