SPINACH BALLS 
2 pkg. frozen spinach, cooked and drained
6 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. butter
1 c. Parmesan cheese
2 c. Pepperidge Farm dressing

Mix together, then roll in a ball size of a walnuts. Freeze. Makes 70. When you want to cook them, only 12 minutes at 375 degrees.
