SPINACH BALL APPETIZERS 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thaw and squeeze out moisture
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
3/4 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. thyme
4 eggs

Mix well and refrigerate 30 minutes. Shape into golf ball size and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

Can be frozen and reheated.

These are great. You can actually mix one day and make the balls the next. I always have some in the freezer.
