SPINACH BALL APPETIZERS 
2 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed, squeeze out water
2 c. seasoned croutons
3/4 c. melted butter
1 tbsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 tsp. black pepper
6 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. Romano cheese

Mix all ingredients; refrigerate overnight. Roll into small balls. May be frozen on an ungreased cookie sheet, then bagged. If frozen, thaw, then bake. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for approximately 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

NOTE: You may use seasoned stuffing mix also. 40 to 50 balls.
