SPINACH HATERS SPINACH BALLS 
3/4 c. melted butter
1 onion, finely chopped
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, chopped and well drained
4 eggs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. seasoned stuffing mix, uncooked

Mix all ingredients very well. Chill for 2 hours. Form into 1 to 1 1/2 inch balls. At this point you may either freeze the balls for later use or bake in a 350 degree oven for twenty minutes.
