SPINACH BALLS 
2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen chopped spinach
1 box Stove Top herbs and spices stuffing (inc. seasoning pkg.)
1 c. parmesan cheese
6 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. butter, softened

Cook and drain spinach, pressing out as much liquid as possible. Combine ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well. Roll into balls. Place in container with wax paper between layers. Freeze. When ready to use, place frozen balls on cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 15 minutes.

Makes 60-70 small balls.

Bake as many as you want and return the rest to the freezer.
