SPINACH BALLS 
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix (seasoned)
2 pkg. chopped spinach (cooked & drained)
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 lg. onions, chopped
6 beaten eggs
1 tbsp. Accent
1 tbsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. melted butter

Roll into balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
