LEMON BUTTER FROSTING 
1 lb. 10x sugar
1/4 lb. soft butter (1/2 c. or 1 stick)
1 tsp. vanilla
3 to 4 tbsp. lemon juice

Cream 1/3 of the sugar with the butter in a large bowl. Blend the vanilla, 2 tablespoons lemon juice and remaining sugar into the mixture. Gradually stir in the rest of the lemon juice until desired consistency is reached.
