LEMON BUTTER FROSTING 
1 loaf or about 4 c. confectioner sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
1/8 tsp. salt
2 egg yolks

Measure 4 cups confectioners sugar, add butter and grated lemon rind. Add salt and part of sugar. Add two egg yolks, beat in rest of sugar alternately with lemon juice to make it the right consistency to spread. Real lemon bottled is fine.
