CORNBREAD SALAD 
3 pkg. cornbread mix
2 lg. tomatoes
1 lg. onion
1 1/2 bell pepper
1 lb. bacon
1 1/2 pt. mayonnaise

Mix cornbread according to directions on package. Bake and crumble when cool. Add chopped tomatoes, onions and bell pepper. Fry bacon until crisp, then crumble. Mix all together with mayonnaise, Put into bowl with a cover. Refrigerate. The longer it sets, the better it tastes. Lasts 1 week.
