CRANBERRY PORK CHOPS | |
6 pork chops 2 c. fresh cranberries 1 c. sugar, white or brown 1 c. water, or cider Dredge the pork chops in flour and brown them in a little fat or salad oil in skillet. Add cranberries, sugar and water. Cover the skillet and bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Uncover for the last 30 minutes. Cranberries, sugar and water make a delightful fruity sauce for the chops. Serve with baked sweet potatoes. |
