MEATLESS MEATBALLS 
1/2 c. grated cheese
1/2 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 tsp. parsley
1 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 tsp. sage
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 onion, finely chopped

Mix all ingredients well and form into small balls. Fry until brown, about 20 minutes. Add meatballs to spaghetti sauce and heat thoroughly before serving.

Serves 4.
