GOULASH 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. bell pepper
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (16 oz.) can carrots, drained
1 (15 oz.) can Read's Garden salad, drained
1 pkg. spaghetti sauce
1 (8 oz.) pkg. rotini noodles, cooked and drained

Cook beef until almost done; drain. Add bell pepper, onion, tomatoes, sauces, noodles. Cook 30 minutes. Add carrots and garden salad. Cook 5 minutes.
