GOULASH 
1 lb. macaroni or spaghetti
1 lb. lean ground meat
1 lg. can tomatoes
1 lg. onion, diced
1 stalk celery
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook macaroni or spaghetti; drain well. In large skillet fry meat, cut up onions, and celery; add tomatoes and macaroni or spaghetti. Mix well (cheese optional). Serve hot.
