ADAMS COUNTY GOULASH | |
6 med. potatoes, cubed 1 sm. onion, chopped or 4-5 green onions 1 med. bell pepper, chopped 1 lg. tomato, chopped 3 tbsp. Crisco Salt & pepper Place potatoes and seasonings in hot melted shortening in iron skillet. Fry over medium heat until potatoes are golden brown. Add onions and bell pepper and continue to cook until tender. Add tomatoes and cook 3 minutes more. Serves 6. |
