CREAM CHEESE POUND CAKE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/4 c. butter, softened
3 1/2 c. white sugar
7 egg yolks
2 tsp. butter flavored extract
2 2/3 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
8 egg whites

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a 10 inch Bundt pan. Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside. In a large bowl, cream butter, cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg yolks, one at a time. Add in butter flavoring. Add in the flour mixture. In a large glass or metal mixing bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.

Fold 1/3 egg whites into batter, then fold in the remaining egg whites until no streaks remain. Pour into prepared pan.

Bake at 350°F for about 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out clean.
