BAZZAREE'S BERRY PORK ROAST 
4 c. fresh cranberries
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. commercial barbecue sauce
1/2 c. orange juice
1 (6 lb.) pork loin roast
Orange slices
Parsley

Wash and sort cranberries. Drain well. Combine: berries, sugar, barbecue sauce and orange juice in a large sauce pan, mixing well. Bring to a boil on medium heat. Stir constantly. Continue boiling (without stirring) 5 minutes. Place roast, fat side up, on rack. Insert meat thermometer, being sure not to touch bone/fat. Roast pork at 325 degrees until thermometer is 170 degrees. Baste often with sauce last 30 minutes. Let stand 10 to 15 minutes. Serve with sauce. Use garnish. Serves 12.
