PORK LOIN ROAST 
4-5 lb. pork loin
1 tsp. ground mustard
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sage
1/4 tsp. garlic salt

TOPPING FOR PORK ROAST:

2 c. apple sauce
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. ground cloves

Mix ingredients and rub into pork. Roast at 325 degrees for 4-5 hours.

Topping: Combine topping ingredients. After meat has baked about 2 hours, spread with topping and continue roasting until tender.

Delicious, I didn't cook a loin for 4-5 hours but I did it for 2 hours at 325°F and added the sauce for an extra 30 minutes and left it in the oven to rest for another 30. Delicious!
