POPPY SEED BREAD 
3 c. flour
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/8 c. oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tbsp. poppy seeds
1 1/2 tbsp. almond extract

Mix all the dry ingredients together. Add the remaining ingredients and stir. Pour into 2 well greased loaf pans.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour or until done.
