POPPY SEED BREAD 
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 tbsp. poppy seeds
1 1/2 tsp. butter flavoring
1 1/3 c. oil
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
2 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. almond flavoring

GLAZE:

1/4 c. orange juice
1/2 tsp. butter flavoring
1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Powdered sugar

Mix above ingredients together. Put into 2 loaf pans that are greased and floured. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool for 5 minutes. Poke holes in top of loaves and pour glaze over it.

Great as part of holiday brunch menu or just with your morning coffee.
