LEMON POPPY SEED BREAD | |
1 pkg. lemon cake mix 1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. lemon instant pudding 4 eggs 1/2 c. oil 1 c. water 1/4 c. poppy seed Mix all together. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes (in small loaf). Makes 5. Regular bread tin. Makes 2. Fill little over 1/2 full. Grease and flour before baking. Can sprinkle with powdered sugar or a thin frosting, but not necessary. |
