LEMON POPPY SEED BREAD | |
1 pkg. lemon cake mix 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding 4 eggs 1 c. water 1/2 c. salad oil 1/4 c. poppy seed Mix well until blended. Put in 2 small bread pans and let stand 10 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Note: For high altitude, add 1/4 cup water and 1/4 cup flour and cut salad oil to 1/3 cup. |
