POPPY SEED BREAD 
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. poppy seeds
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. butter flavor
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl with a mixer. Pour into two lightly greased loaf pans.

Bake at 350°F for one hour or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes and then top with glaze. Loaves should sit in pans for several hours or overnight before being removed from their pans.

Glaze:

1/2 tsp. butter flavor
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. granulated sugar
1/4 c. orange juice

Mix together ingredients. Pour over loaves in pans.
