POPPY SEED BREAD 
1 yellow pkg. cake mix
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs, beaten
1 small pkg. instant coconut pudding
1 c. hot water
2 tbsp. poppy seeds

Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare 2 loaf pans, grease and flour. Mix ingredients and pour into pans.

Bake 50 to 60 minutes.
