CHEESE POPPY SEED BREAD 
1 loaf French bread
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. poppy seeds
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sliced Swiss cheese
Paprika

Saute onions in butter; add poppy seeds. Slice bread. Brush butter mixture between slices and place a piece of cheese between each slice. Wrap loaf in foil leaving top uncovered. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Garnish with paprika.
