SWISS CHEESE BREAD 
1 lb. egg twist bread, unsliced
1/2 c. butter
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. Poupon mustard
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. poppy seeds
1/2 tsp. beau monde seasoning
1 1/2 lbs. Swiss cheese

Slice cheese. Cut bread in half lengthwise. Mix butter, onion, mustard, lemon juice, poppy seeds, and beau monde seasoning. Spread the mix into the middle and then lay slices of Swiss cheese.

Put together; wrap in foil and bake for 35 minutes. Slice and serve warm.
