STUFFED BREAD 
1 loaf French bread
12 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 tbsp. grated onion
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
2-3 cans drained mushrooms
Poppy seed

Score bread crosswise. Stuff with cheese. Melt butter and mix with onion, salt, mustard and lemon juice - pour over bread. Add mushrooms, stuffing over cheese. Sprinkle with poppy seed. Wrap in aluminum foil, bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
