HOT GERMAN POTATO SALAD 
6 med. potatoes, boiled in jackets
6 slices bacon
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/3 c. vinegar
3/4 c. chopped onions
1 or 2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. celery seed
3/4 c. water

Peel potatoes and slice thin. Fry bacon slowly in skillet. Drain bacon on paper towel. Saute onion in bacon fat until golden brown. Blend in flour, sugar, salt, celery seed and pepper. Cook over low heat, stirring until smooth and bubbly.
