1 pkg. (12 oz.) chocolate chips
1 c. peanut butter
1 stick butter
1 box Crispix cereal
3 c. powdered sugar

Melt chips, peanut butter and butter together. Put cereal in large bowl. Pour chocolate mixture over cereal and stir to coat well. Put powdered sugar in a large plastic sack or covered plastic bowl. Add cereal mixture all at once (while still warm) to sugar and shake hard to coat well. Pour mixture onto a cookie sheet and let cool. Store in covered container.
