3 egg whites
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
20 Saltines, crushed
4 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans

Beat egg whites until stiff. Add remaining ingredients. Bake 20 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool and top with cream, whipped or Cool Whip.
