RITZ CRACKER PIE 
4 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
25 crushed Ritz crackers
1 c. chopped nuts

Beat egg whites until stiff then gradually add sugar and vanilla.

Roll Ritz crackers until fine and fold into egg whites mixture. Add nuts and pour into buttered pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let cool and top with Cool Whip or whipping cream.
