21 Ritz crackers
3 egg whites (beaten stiff)
1 c. sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla

Crumble Ritz crackers. Beat eggs and add sugar. Eggs should be very stiff. Add crackers to egg whites. Add vanilla and pecans. Grease pie pan. Add mixture and bake at 350 degrees until brown. Serve with whipped cream or plain.
