CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 pkgs. thin sliced ham
2 bunches chives (onion stalks)

Let cream cheese get to room temperature (or thaw in microwave); cut ham in small squares and chives in small pieces. Mix all together, but one package of ham. Wet hands and roll into a ball. Cut the other package of ham into small squares and spread out; roll ball in ham to cover ball. Keep in refrigerator until ready to serve.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
