OLIVE CHEESE BALL 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. Bleu cheese, crumbled
1/4 c. butter, softened
2/3 c. ripe olives, drained and chopped
1 tbsp. minced chives or onion
1/3 c. walnuts, chopped

Blend cheeses, butter, olives, and onion. Chill slightly and form into ball. Chill thoroughly. Just before serving, sprinkle with nuts. Trim with parsley. Yields 3 cups.
