DICK'S CHEESE BALL 
1 lg. (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
1 (5 oz.) jar Old English cheese
1/2 jar Blue cheese (2 1/2 oz. of a 5 oz. jar)
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. chopped chives
Chopped walnuts

Blend these cheeses well at room temperature. Add onion and chives. Freeze for about 30 minutes until mixture is firm, but not frozen. Shape into ball. Roll in chopped walnuts. Serve with crackers. Can be frozen until needed.
