CUCUMBER DILL DIP 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. light mayonnaise
1 lg. cucumber, peeled
2 tbsp. sliced green onion or 1 sm. onion (chopped)
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce (or more)

Mix together cream cheese and mayonnaise. Chop cucumber in a food processor. Combine rest of ingredients and chill a couple hours. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
