SCALLOPED CORN 
4 cans creamed corn
4 eggs
3 slices bread
4 slices bacon
Salt and pepper

Beat eggs; add corn, salt and pepper. Pour into large shallow glass baking dish. Tear bread into pieces and place on corn. Top with bacon and more pepper. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. I serve this dish with Thanksgiving dinner every year.
