FRUIT JELLO 
1 lg. box strawberry Jello
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 lg. pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
3 bananas, finely chopped
1 med. can crushed pineapple
1 pkg. Cool Whip
1 c. confectioners' sugar
3 oz. cream cheese

In a bowl, dissolve strawberry Jello in boiling water. Add strawberries, bananas, and pineapple. Mix well. Chill half of this mixture until set in a 9x13x2 inch cake pan.

Combine Cool Whip, confectioners' sugar, and cream cheese. Beat until fluffy and smooth. Spread over set Jello. Spread remaining Jello over this and let set until firm.
