CAKE:

1 box yellow butter cake mix or white cake
1 sm. can mandarin orange segments
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil

ICING:

1 box instant vanilla pudding
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
9 oz. Cool Whip

CAKE: Mix all ingredients. Bake in greased cake pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Take out of oven, keep in pan and set aside to cool.

ICING: Mix pudding and crushed pineapple until jelly like. Mix in Cool Whip. Then spread over cooled cake.
