1 box Duncan Hines butter cake mix
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges with juice

Mix together and bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 4 thin layers.

FROSTING:

1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 sm. box vanilla instant pudding mix

Mix crushed pineapple (use juice also) with the dry pudding mix. Fold in Cool Whip. Frost cake and store in refrigerator.
