1 box carrot cake mix
1 can apple pie fillling
3 eggs
1 c. nuts, optional

Mix ingredients well. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 cake pan. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Ice with powdered sugar icing.
