1 box yellow cake mix
1 sm. can mandarin oranges with juice
1/2 c. cooking oil
4 eggs

Beat all cake ingredients together until well blended. Pour cake into 3 greased cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 lg. Cool Whip
1 sm. box vanilla instant pudding
1 lg. can crushed pineapple (with juice)
