SHIRLEY'S TORTELLINI SALAD 
Very addictive!

10 to 12 oz. cheese tortellini, cooked & chilled (refrigerated or dry)
8 oz. cheddar cheese cubed (I use medium cheddar - your choice)
8 oz. cubed ham (about the same size as the cheese for eye appeal)
1 (15 oz.) can English peas, drained (petite is good)
a bunch of chopped green onions (or any onion, at least a 1/2 cup)
1 (12 oz.) bottle Ranch dressing (add more or less to your liking)

Make sure all your ingredients are chilled including the peas and tortellini. Mix in a salad bowl, stirring gently to coat all the ingredients. Cover, chill and serve.

Serve as an entree or side salad. Makes a generous amount. Very good with salad or saltine crackers.
