1 box Duncan Hines butter cake mix
1 can mandarin oranges
4 eggs
1 c. oil

Mix all ingredients for cake according to package directions. Stir in orange slices. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly.

TOPPING:

1 tub cool Whip
1 can crushed pineapple
1 box vanilla instant pudding
