1 box Duncan Hines butter cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 can mandarin oranges, juice & all

Mix all these ingredients; make 3 layers.

ICING:

1 med. Cool Whip
1 box lg. instant vanilla pudding mix
1 med. can crushed pineapple, juice & all

Mix well and pour on cake.
