PORK CHOPS WITH AMBER RICE 
6 pork chops, 3/4 inch thick
1 1/3 c. Minute rice, uncooked
1 can condensed chicken rice soup
1 c. orange juice
Salt and pepper

Brown chops. Season with salt and pepper. Place rice in a 12 x 12 x 2 inch baking dish; pour orange juice over rice. Arrange chops on rice. Pour soup over all. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer. Serves 6.
