PORK CHOPS ON AMBER RICE 
6 pork chops, 3/4 inch thick
1 1/2 c. precooked rice
1 c. orange juice
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed chicken-rice soup

Brown pork chips in heavy skillet. Place rice in 12 x 7 1/2 x 2 inch baking dish; pour orange juice over rice. Arrange browned pork chips over rice. Pour chicken soup over all. Cover; bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer.
