PORK CHOPS WITH AMBER RICE 
6 pork chops, browned, 3/4" thick
Salt & pepper
1 1/3 c. precooked rice
1 c. orange juice
1 can chicken-rice soup

Brown pork chops in skillet, season with salt and pepper. Place in 12"x10"x2" baking dish; pour orange juice over rice. Arrange browned pork chops on rice. Pour chicken soup over all. Cover and bake in oven, 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer. Serves 6.
